yea, im getting one that glows in the dark like yours, there is nothing to worry about, its just the winning shell from the shell-ection contest.

When was this V4 Shell-ection contest? Anyways, I have it right now and it's great! If you want the glow to be brighter, keep it in a place with light for a few seconds.
