V4 help

For all you V4 owners, I need some help. I just got a Tama V4, and I was wondering what the pencil, little star thing, and flower means. I tihnk it's something to do with the Tama jobs. Please help me!

The pencil means academics, the star means fashion, and the flower is social points.

In addition those icons determine your tamas lifepath. If you get 50+ pts on a catagory, you are eligible for a job at the adult stage.
