The green skin color is dominit, wich means that it is more likly to happen when they have a baby. So yes, the baby would be an alien. But if the girl has that alien black eyes, and the human doesn't, they baby may not have them. But they can, i have had an alien have a baby with a human and the baby had black eyes and green skin.

no i have sims 2 and it is eaither 50 50 soo i geuss youll have too wait o and did u no that a boy alein and a boy sim can have a kid thats REALLY weird

Ahh, that's weird!! Anyway, I think most likely it will be an alien, but it will have some human characteristics.
