A CR2032, bring along the old battery too make sure it looks right.

you have to buy a cr2032 battery.
umm... I just restart it works.... usally.... and just in case you dont know how to restart it on the back of the tamagotchi there is a little hole poke a pencil in it its restarted but if you want to get your otha tama character back then select DOWNLOAD. WARNING!!!
I you do this you tamagotchi will not get any older!!!!
