well my friend's minotchi in v4 it keeps getting poo or snakes and it never gets hearts or the king!

Sorry it took a while for someone to reply.
Don't forget that members are all over the world in different time zones and so it sometimes takes a while to get a reply
Firstly, the snakes and pooh mail could be because your friends Minotchi got a bad fortune cookie - with only 1 star for each of the three things.
When I get a cookie with only one star on GPs or Heart or Health I often get bad mail.
I have also noticed that if you don't play with your tama much you often get bad mail - like a visit from the Robber.
Suggest to your friend that she plays games with her Minotchi more and that she makes sure that the Happy & Hungry hearts are all filled up.
That may help.
