If you can't buy things from the shop, it's mainly because you don't have enough money. It says how much money you have in the corner of the shop. I'm not sure about the present thing though. But do you connect with someone elses tamagotchi?

Most people know, but I'll tell you. Simply put, you have too many items. I always delete the doubles. Hope I helped!

Speaking of glitches a big glitches happened i loged on tamatown and put in the password and
it showed a differnt tama on the screen and it was a teenager and my tama is a adult
and i went on grandparnts and parnts and my parnt was ^_^ andit should have been
and i did not have a grandparnt but on tamatown it had one.
