My tama's (v2) won't mate!!!

They are both adults, they have been an adult for a day,they both have 4 hearts, and they are wearing a costume currently!!!

Please help! What else do

I need to do?

they must b of the opposit sex(gender)

they must b 48 hours of being an adult in order to mate
