help on V4 logout password!

helpppp!!

i played alot on tamatown.com

and now i can't add the password to my tamagotchi!

i know where to put it in but it wont let me enter it!

if you leave the logout place on your tama it won't let you enter it so you have to stay at the logout place until youre done
