OK, This is werd!

I have a v3 and a v4 right, and my v3 hacthed a day before I reset my v4.

Now my v4 is an adolt and my v3 is a teenager!!!!

Please someone tell me what is going on!!!

P.S I did not debug my v4.

I think you miss understood what eddie_bear_98 was saying, the tama he reseted later was an adult first.

This is completely normal, in the V4 the tamas grow much quicker. I think it may have to do with the fact that they get jobs now so you can have more time to play there jobs.

 
Sometimes the v4 grows into an adult when it is 2 so that might be the problem

 
There is nothing to worry about. V4 teens always change to adults at the age of 2.
