i got the same battery for my v3 only a few days ago. mines fine... maybe try resetting? or check the batterys in properly. i know it clicks in.. but there still might be a lose connection somewhere.

 
there are about five different 3 volt batteries, make sure you`ve got the right width

 
Ok, Number one, Calm down. Number two,This glitch Is The common BATTERY glitch. If it keeps doing that, than get New batteries. If That does not work,Get a new tama. That is all the advice I know.
