Crash

Hi All, I need urgent help.....

I've a Tama Connection and since 2 days ago he crashed: the only working button is the B and only shows hours. nothing else works.

I click B the hours screen apears i click again it disapears.

did this happen already to someone?

Sounds to me like it has crashed. Try resetting it. You can download you tam once you have reset it. If that doesn't work, you might want to look at getting a new set of batteries.

Ok i know what to do, my sis had this happen once. She dropped it in the swimming pool and it crashed. what u should do is take the screw out and switch batteries.
