On my v4 i had a chest in my items so i used it and it made my tama turn into a baby! (it was an adult memetchi before)About 5 minutes later it morphed back into an adult! I really love this item when I need to exercise my tama, but I don't want to play too many games. I think they make your tama lose 30 lbs each time it turns them to a baby/oldie.
