What did my tamagotchi turn into?

My tamagotchi just turned into a teenager today, and it looks like:

actually it might not be.....

when i have a character thats just in v2 and he gives a v1 a present a nazotchi goes to the v1 screen. i had that teen too and a nazotchi went 2 my v1.... and someone said that it was not a young mimitchi but somethin else...
