Well beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You can get the following:
Pukatchi- Have Intelligence points higher than Style or Kindness points
Sebiretchi- Have Style points higher than Intelligence or Kindness points
Yattatchi (my favourite of the three)- Have Kindness points higher than Intelligence or Style points.
2. How do I get a really cute child tama?
I find it to be random but I've been getting Mizutamatchi loads of times so far. I feel like smashing my Tamagotchi when I get one because they only seem to be able to evolve into the Meme family.
3. I got a heart in the mail. What does this mean?
It's just a random thing meaning "good news." It fills up all of your Tamagotchi's happiness hearts.
4. What kind of jobs are there for a v4 and how do I get them?
You get a job when you get a [ ! ] mail saying you can graduate from school and get a job (about one or two days after your Tamagotchi evolves into an adult).
