You can say what you did to get it too if you want. (how you treated it, training points when it changed etc) If you do, say wether you have v1 or v2.

I have the angel/fairy/butterfly thing on V2. I took average care, and it has 5 training points

mine is a Chohimetchi, it is the koalalike adult tama with a crown on its head. He had full training when he evolved and i treated him greatly but let his hungry/happy go down 2 once. ummm oh yeah...this is his growth:
