The gift on the first of each month

I'm completely confused about the free gift you get every month on tamatown. I don't know anything about how to get it, what it is, etc. Can somebody help me? Thanks in advance!

There are three special souvenirs that can be gotten at certain times of the month.

The first one is a car. This is in the main area of the shopping centre at the 1st of each month.

The other two are a wedding dress and a gold disk. I'm not sure about these two but I know one appears in The Tama Beat, the other appears in Forever Tamagotchi, one appears on the 10th, 20th and 30th of each month and the other one appears on the 5th, 15th and 25th of each month.
