It has been 24 hours after my tamagotchi v5 has evolved into an adult. But when i go to the dating show, it has the angry matchmaker there. Is there a reason? Also do you have to wait 24 or 48 hours before going to the dating show?

I believe you need to wait 48 unpaused hours after your characters become adults, before you can watch the dating show.

from preivios versions it takes 48 hours untill u can get married.

to enter the dating show!
