How do you get a nonbiritchi in v 4.5?

I don't know how? does it have to do with skill points? And also other adults in v 4.5 evolve with skill points but how many points do you need for each one?

To get Nonbirirchi in v4.5 you need at least 358 skill point in one type and over 400 in total

There is NO NONBIRITCHI ON V4.5 !!!!!! if you still raised the spiritual points u would get a mukimutchi.
