I just got a 4.5 a few days ago and this morning my baby turned into a teen. All of his "happy" hearts are empty, but he won't play any of the games with me. I've tried disciplining and praising, but nothing works. I don't know how to fill his "happy" hearts if he won't play with me. Help!!

P.S. I'm new to TamaTalk. Hello All!!

 
The reason why it is not playing games with you is because it is too underweight. Thats what I do to get my tamagotchi happy too, but thats what it means when it refuses. Snacks make happy hearts go up one by one, depending on which snacks they are. Meals gain it one pound, snacks gain it 2.

Fullmetal is right, your tama is simply underweight. Give her/him a snack (or more, if you want to play lots of games) and she/he will be happy to play some more.
