for people that dont have an avatar, go to your control box, on the side there will be a typeing that says "Avatar settings" click on that and choose one from the gallaries,

Now, if someone dosent have an avatar above you, put 0/10, no avatar, and put the date, too, so we know when the person above you had the avatar you judged, some people change their avatars every once in a while,
