The only place I know of is eBay, but devilgotchis are the hardest to bid on because there is this one person who wants every single one there is! How annoying!!!!! :chohimetchi:

TamaLove754 is basically right about the price range.

Be prepared to spend a lot on a Devil.

There have been a LOT of Devils listed recently. The flow seems to have ebbed for now. Just keep looking.

 
I've never seen a 30 dollar angel before. On eBay, the angels I saw were going from 70 to 150 dollars. And yes, eBay is the only place you can find them.
