There really is no perfect match for characters like the Hotteatchi, but there are perfect matches for Mametchi, Kuchipatchi, Violetchi, and Memetchi.

Well, no. There aren't perfect matches for any character. But if you want a pure family, these characters have to marry (vice versa):
h34r: Mametchi = Chantotchi Kuchipatchi = Yonepatchi Violetchi = Sukatchi Memetchi = MumutchiAnyway, you Tamagotchi cannot get a pure family, so it doesn't make much of a difference who it marries.
