HELP my tama went to sleep and I just noticed the black skull in the top of the screen? what can I do? will he die before he wakes up? can I set the clock back to fix this?

 
press B and change the time to around 8 or 9 AM and give it medicine.

 
That happens when your tama is sick before it goes to bed.

Just take care of it before it sleeps, and that won't happen again.
