What do you mean "spaz attacks"?The battery is probably almost dead.

Have you put it next to,

Water?

Magnets?

did maybe a sibling mess with it?

 
Make sure that the battery is CR2032. My brother's tama was once "spazzing" over and over again, and when he asked me to fix the battery I saw it was DL2025 or something like that.

 
did you drop it on a hard surface? that can mess it up
