Okay, so lately, I've been keeping track of my four tamagotchis' weights by making a chart.

Each night before I go to bed, I write down each tama's weight.

That way, the next day I can try and lower that with knowing where I started from.

How do you help your tama's weight?

 
I always try to keep my Tama's weight between 20-40 pounds.

To help it lose weight, you just need to play games with it. I think they lose like 3 pounds per game.

 
I don't take much notice in the weight. I play so many games that my tamagotchi's weight never get's to out of hand.

 
I keep my tama's weight to 20-30 pounds. I play games with him/her till they dont want to play anymore. My v6 tamagotchi Noah weighs 30 pounds. Not bad for a Mametchi. ;)

 
I generally just try and keep my tamas weight to the 'minimum', like if its an adult, i will keep it between 30-35. My adult tama is 37 right now but I will probably play games later -_-
