hello! i am wondering, how many characters can you get for a tamagotchi school, the version one and version 2?

awsome the same amount on both tamas? is the characters the same on both? and once i get to about 92 it stops... no matter how much i play with it

Yes, TamaSuku 1 & TamaSuku 2 can both have 132.

Here are the various sources of students:

Within a TamaSuku = 80 (They just randomly appear, asking if they can join your class. Or, you can quickly attract one of them into your class, by using the magnet.)

By connecting with an EnTama (or JukuTama / TamaFure) = 10 (Oyajitchi, plus the nine Hatena-group characters)

By connecting with an UraTama (or JukuTama / TamaFure) = 12 (Ura Ojitchi, Ura Otokichi, Ura Oyajitchi, plus the nine Bikkuri-group characters)

As Class Rank Rewards = 6 (Bagubagutchi, Imotchi, Chibipatchi, Gumatchi, Big Boss Gotchi, Tamako Hime)

As Subject Level Rewards = 3, depending you your TamaSuku model, either (Haikutchi, Konpasutchi, Hiramekitchi) or (Kurashikutchi, Chiatchi, Kureyontchi)

By connecting with another TamaSuku (Sister-class Connection) = 2 (KuroMametchi, Tensaitchi II) for sister classes on the same version TamaSuku, plus 3 (other-subject reward students) for sister classes on the other version TamaSuku.

From the TamaSuku e-tamago Web Site = 14 (Bankaratchi, Mimizu Kochou, Megamitchi, Pianotchi, NOVA Usagi, Donatsutchi, Chobotto, Kirintchi, Kunoitchi, Jidoutchi, Ciaotchi, Habanero, JALtchi, Kurumatchi)

By connecting with the TamaStation Arcade Game (in Japan) = 2 (Kerai, Gomasuritchi)

By my calculations the maximum number of students you can get if you have only one TamaSuku, and can't connect to any other Tamagotchi (EnTama, UraTama, TamaSuku, JukuTama / TamaFure) is 102.

Here is an English translation of the TamaSuku connect menus (to get to them, activate the icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.)

To have your UraTama (or EnTama) character visit the TamaSuku and join its class:

On the TamaSuku, select EnTama/UraTama. Another menu will appear. The top entry is get student, the bottom entry is send gotchi points. Select get student.

On the UraTama (or EnTama) select TamaStation.

To send gotchi points from your TamaSuku to your UraTama (or EnTama):

On the TamaSuku, select EnTama/UraTama. Another menu will appear. The top entry is get student, the bottom entry is send gotchi points. Select send gotchi points. Select the amount of gotchi points to send.

On the UraTama (or EnTama) select DekaTama.
