The game is played like this: You say something, and the person below either says guilty if they said that or innocent if they didn't. Example,
PER1:Have you ever kissed a boy?
PER2:Innocent, have you ever eaten a worm?
PER3:Guilty!
and so on. I'll start
Have you ever been the leader of a club?
EDIT:I don't know how old it is, but I think it's at least a month or two old
