i dunno why but my pet scream/shout at the teacher when the teacher give him the scroll.

I think it's a misunderstood expression for sadness!

I think it is an animation that is to make the tama cry though it looks like it is shouting

^ I agree, with them, it seems that most of the time, and animation for sadness, or sometimes even happiness, looks like yelling and screaming because they are only opening and closing their mouth over and over again, or at the very least, that's what it looks like to me

Yes. On the Tamagotchi Versions that have school, your Tama will be sad to see the teacher go. I've had this experience from the V4.5. So yep. It's just crying.
