How sad. My regards to his loved ones.

I just heard about that from one of my friends. That's horrible.

Its sad, but it didn't surprise me.

I don't actually know who he is, because I haven't watched Dirty Dancing. But my mum told me this morning before school. My thoughts are with his family <3

His name sounds familar, but I'm not sure I know who he is.

That's very sad. I'm so tired of people dying this year. ;-;

And okay, so I may not have ever actually sat through the whole of Dirty Dancing, but I know it was a really good film and I am sad that he's dead. <3

Lots of people haven't seen Dirty Dancing, but I am guessing a lot of ppl might have heard about a movie called "Ghost"?

That's another film that Patrick Swayze's famous for.

He was also in the film "The Outsiders" and a brilliant but not so well known comdey called "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar" in which he played a very convincing drag queen!

I was not a big fan of his films but I have a lot of respect for the way he handled his pancreatic cancer that spread to his liver. He remained dignified and positive and spent time encouraging other cancer patients/

It wasn't surprising for anyone, because he had pancreatic cancer and that is not curable. He'd already been living with it for 20 months, and he was very unfortunately, bound to die.
