My siblings tamagotchi suddenly had a download/restart page about three minutes after a marriage

Any help?

 
what geration does it says your on tama and is it v5 or v5.5

 
Your tamagotchi v5 may do that if the batterys are low. That used to happen all the time for me and my v5 and v5c. Just use a new battery and it'll fix itself.

Hmm new battery, but it's a v5c and we got it about 3 weeks ago just started a week ago

 
Even if you just got it, the batteries could have been old ones.

I suggest replacing the batteries; but I'm not an expert, so feel free to ignor me. The same thing happened to my brother, too. Only, he had it for two weeks.

 
this works for me every time just take the batteries for three day put new ones in and i never goes bad again
