If anyone needs help fixing your tamagotchi, Bandai is the company to fix it! Just send your broken tamagotchi in to Bandai at Bandai America Inc. ,Attn. Repair Dept., 5551 Katella Ave., Cypress, CA 90630 I hope I have been of help to you! Believe me, i've sent in 3 broken tamagotchis, and they replace it for FREE! Bye

 
Do you have to email them first, to get a "return" number?

i am just asking i do have a p1 tamagotchi but it is not brocken what if the tamagotchi p1 is brocken can they fix it
