First, you get the Adament orb and the Lustourious orb. (These can be obtained by going in from the right and going south. (HMs are required.) Then, talk to the old lady in the biggest house in Celestic town. Go to the top of Mt. Coronet (Spear Pillar) and go to the warp. Challenge Diagla/Palkia and get its HP down to the very lowest without fainting it. Paralyze, Sleep, burn, freeze, or poison it. (I paralyzed with my ROSERADE) Throw an ultra ball and you have Diagla/Palkia!
