underneath game and shop there will be item. use a and scroll down and find it. you can only use the love potion for adults though.

If you used the love potion code last out of all five codes,it might've been replaced by the mimitchi costume.But newgukaizer is right.Check your items! 
i think the others are right. check your items. if you still cant find it, somebody might have trashed it. the way to that is to go to the newspapper at the bttom of the screen, and insted of wraping it you can trash it.
