I have 47 Tamagotchi at the moment.

I have a Blue Umino and paid 40 euros for it.

Oh yes, absolutely. Too many to list, actually. Tamagotchis will always have a special place in my heart but I love my family, my boyfriend, my friends, music, my profession, and books more, just to name a few.

2. How many Tamas do you have?

The number has been changing a lot as of late, but I currently have 42 Tamagotchis. There are 4 that I have that aren't pictured in my latest collection picture linked in my signature.

3. How much would you be prepared to pay for a Tama Umino? Please state which currency it is in.

I paid 36 USD for mine, a clear with blue waves Umino. I would consider that a lucky find. That's around how much I was willing to spend on one but that was back in 2007. Prices are different these days.

4. What kind of care do you take of most of your Tamas?

Good care, in general.

5. Do you sneak your Tama places (like school)?

Hmm, not really. I do bring them along with me but I don't take them out much, only to check on them occasionally. Lately, I've only been running really low-maintenance pets to accommodate my busy schedule.

6. Do you totally HAVE to play Tamas or you get depressed?

Nope, I don't have to have Tamagotchis to make me feel happy. I do enjoy them quite a lot though. If I didn't have them, I wouldn't be depressed because there are other things in life worth smiling about.

7. Would you be devastated if Tamas were discontinued and banned forever all over the world?

I'm not sure if I'd use the word "devastated." I would be sad, that's for sure because they've been a pretty significant part of my life and they bring back very fond memories.

8. Would you be able to replace Tamas? What with?

Yes and no. Yes, because I could theoretically replace a Tamagotchi with anything else that makes me as happy (or happier). That's the concrete aspect of it. No, because Tamagotchis are unique. I don't think anything could replace the memory of my first Tamagotchi that I got back in 1999, that thrill of opening the box for the first time. That's the abstract aspect of it. I wonder if this makes sense.

Sterling Pound £30 (My Auntie mostly buys them for me and thats the most she will pay)

Usually really good, unles I want a bad-care character.

I did when I was younger but not now. My secondary school is really strict on these kind of things.

Tamagotchis give me something to do and they get addictive, so no, I couldn't.

I have 19 or 20 Tamagotchi right now.

I'm not interested in Uminos. They're too needy for my taste.

I used to when I was younger. Now I go to a very strict school and couldn't sneak them in even if I wanted to.

No, but I do like playing with them.

I suppose. Couldn't tell you what with, though. I keep coming back to Tamas, no matter how old I am.

2. I am only runnning 1 Tamagotchi that has Potetchi in it, and she is in a Japanese FamiTama.

None. I don't want one- they don't usually make it to adults... Now if it was an idl, it'd be like... $30 or $40, but that won't ever happen...

I currently have a Mametchi on my TMGO and Ringotchi on my V2, so yeah... I take good care of them. I spoil them.

Yup. I have 5 tamas running and take them everywhere with me. I get jumpy and paranoid if I don't have at least one. Once I told my sister to put one in the car and she didn't because we went out for dinner. I realised it wasn't their and made my daddy stop and turn around to get it...

Yep. I get agitated if at least one isn't within a meter radius or on my person. I usually keep my tamawalkie at my hip so I don't get stressy.

Nope, never. They'll always be there for me so I can never give them up. They need me, I'm their only caregiver.

Well, I'd much rather have a Tamagotchi Angel, but I guess I would be prepared to pay about $20, since it IS a vintage. :3

Depends what kind of character I want. If I wanted a Mametchi, then I would give it absolutely perfect care. If I wanted a Masktchi, I would give it the worst care possible.

Of course. I wouldn't want them to die while I'm out at school or sumthin.

Occasionally. There are a lot of other things that would make me depressed if I had to give them up.

I guess I would. I usually take a break from tamagotchis once in a while, so if I get back into it and see that they're discontinued and banned, I think I would just be mad.... Or whatever. xD

To be honest, I've tried playing with other virtual pets, but they weren't as fun as tamagotchis, but aside from virtual pets, I could replace tamas with a lot of things, like pokemon, kingdom hearts, etc.

I try to take care of them like any pet. Though, with a tight schedule due to school, it's hard to watch over them all the time.

I take great/average care of them, I'm always making sure their happy and hungry hearts are full, and i spoil them

YES, i take my little Tamas everywhere with me, i get really fustrated if i accidently leave them at home somewhere. I always have to have my Tamas on me.

Well sorta, i don't HAVE to play with them, i have other fun things i can do as well.

Yep i would be quite angry and unhappy, in fact i would probably kill myself just to take away the pain i would have if i heard Tamas were banned from the world forever.

Hmmm i guess i could replace them with my Nintendo DSI, or my actual pets, but i would be quite hard.

12 right now. Shot up from 4 to 12 in about 6 months.

I do pause them a lot though... If i don't have the time to play with them i just put them on pause so when i do play with them it's very good care.

When i was in high school i brought them with me sometimes. I didn't sneak them though. I openly played with them when i had free time.
