Try resetting and downloading and see if that works. If not then maybe you have to reset her, or try to get her married.

 
do you pause it??? if you pause it just wait beacause if u pause ur v6 and the growth of your pet will stop....

 
My Knives had the exact same problem. (RIP KNIVES)

Try logging into tamatown, and then right back. You might have forgotten to properly log out the last time you did it.

Edit: Nevermind, if it's fixed now.
