Tamagotchi Graffiti v3 wrong back color?

I just ordered a v3 in this style: https://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41TKXtO21wL._SL500_AA300_.jpg

When I got it in the mail, the battery cover was a clear yellow! Is this how it's supposed to be? Or did the person I buy it from just decide to not tell me the back doesn't match?

Yup. It wasn't in its original packaging.

Then yes, they changed the battery cover with a different V3's. The original back cover would be grey.

So long as it works OK, does it really matter? Just think: yours is unique!! I swap battery covers all the time. Makes them more interesting looking.
