It changes a few times a day... I want to say 10:30 and 3, but I'm probably wrong about that. Try throughout the day, and write down when you see different stuff.

The shop changes its items at:
- every morning when your Tama wakes up
- 11:00 AM
- 3:00 PM
- 6:00 PM
