You can check out www.cdjapan.co.jp; as they have the cheapest colour Tamas. However not all colours of the iD L are available.

I've used CDJapan. They seem very trustworthy.
Otherwise, you can keep your eye on ebay in your country or japan. You do need paypal for most purchases though.

I have purchased from a seller on eBay.ca, and it was amazingly fast and trustworthy, however I too am looking for sites that are more original and less expensive; it cost me the better part of $100 canadian dollars.
