You mean the bathroom schedule?
Baby=every 10 minutes
Toddler=Every 1 hour and 10 minutes
Teen=Every 2 hours and 20 minutes

No, I think they mean that when the Tama-go calls for attention if you're supposed to praise it or give it a time out.
I don't think anyone completely figured it out; There might have been a couple leads, but I don't think anyone made a 100% of the time schedule. (But maybe I missed something?)

There are two ways to get the training bar full:
1. When you catch them wiggling with little stink lines, press the toilet icon. This can add 1-3 bars of training.
2. When you see the exclamation point ! above their head, about 80% of the time you should praise them. So basically, praise them when they do this. It adds 1-3 training bars.
