Welcome to Milo the v3's log! He was hatched yesterday at 6:05pm on 7/2/13 and will be participating in the Long Lived Oldies Hatch. Here I'll be logging about his (hopefully) fairly long life!
Today was Milo's first day at school! Don't worry, I'm not going mad - I know V3s can't really go to school. But I didn't think that should mean Milo doesn't get a proper education so I took him along with me to human school He patiently suffered through physics, english, french and games with me but I'm not sure he learnt much as he was asleep most of the time (I didn't want him to die while I wasn't watching so I changed the time). Here's Milo sleeping next to the action figure we spent his hard earned points from "Get" on... Isn't he adorable?
This evening Milo became a teenager and evolved into young mametchi. As of today he is one tama year old, I'm almost sad to see him grow up!
Milo helped me write an english essay and revise for a maths test I have next week in exchange for a visit to TamaTown. I understand the only TamaTowns currently working are the V3 and V4/4.5 European sites so I feel very lucky Milo is a V3 and that I live in England! We collected loads of souvenirs except the ones obtained from visiting your parents/grandparents and the travel souvenirs although we did buy a ticket from the shop earlier. I can't wait until Milo's old enough to use it! We even received a ring from the Tamagotchi King.
Milo was very taken with the boom box I brought him from the toy store:
He also enjoyed playing with the building blocks:
Later I caught him taking a bath. He will be very embarrassed I put this up here but it's just so cute!
Milo turned three today! Ok, so it's not exactly old age yet but tomorrow he'll be a teenager.
Also, he now has a full training bar meter - what a well behaved little guy!
We visited Tama Town again and managed to get a second gift from the King, a cape souvenir to go with the ring we earned yesterday. He just needs to donate about 15,000 more points and Milo will receive the final souvenir from the king... Hmm this may take a bit of time (and some serious game playing).
Back at home, we brought a mysterious lamp from the shop. Unfortunately it contained an unfriendly genie who rained on Milo and emptied all his happiness hearts!
After a busy day he settled down to sleep with his favourite toy. I love the light feature on the V3s, it's so nice to be able to watch your tama sleep.
Today Milo and I did a maths exam. He tried to whisper the answers to me from my pocket (what a rebel!) but unfortunately I think I let him down. Sigh, how I hate gcse maths!
Anyway this evening something exciting happened. Milo evolved... Into Pyonkotchi!
I was actually hoping he might evolve into this character so I'm very proud of him! Isn't he adorable?
Milo is now 4 years old:
The first thing he wanted to do upon becoming an adult was to use the two travel tickets I brought him when he was younger. So he went to Hawaii and Switzerland (without me... Sniff) but brought back a pair of skis and a palm tree - must have had one big suitcase!
Then we played with all the toys he couldn't use as a teenager. Here he is playing the drums:
Practising his writing:
Styling his hair - shhh don't laugh, he thinks he looks stylish:
Milo turned 5 today which means he's half way to being an oldie
We finally donated enough gotchi points to the Tama King to be rewarded with a crown souvenir. Milo received the royal costume which he was excited to show off - my cute little prince!
He also tried out the ! item and Milo was shocked to find himself confronted with his clone. However he soon got over his suprised and they danced together for a while. I think Milo was even disappointed to see him go!
We relaxed for a while and listened to some music:
He brought another travel ticket, to Australia this time, and took a surfboard back to remember the trip by. Then we went to TamaTown and brought some clothes. Here's Milo trying out his new pair of sunglasses:
Looking cool wearing a cap:
And fluttering around the screen in his cute pair of wings, the little angel!
Later I caught him singing to himself. He's such a cheerful chap
Today he received his first visit from the matchmaker. She presented him with a lovely hashizoutchi who was very taken with Milo (well, he is a handsome guy) but he courtesously declined. It looks like he's destined for the life of a bachelor!
Later I saw him standing in the snow next to a snowman. I was a little confused at first but after some quick googling discovered it's a winter animation.
This evening Milo was dancing aound the screen and even let me see a close up. He's got such a cute little face!
The matchmaker visited again but Milo was adamant he wants to stay right here with me! Awww I'm getting quite attached to him too . It was the first day of half term for me so I was able to spend some quality time with him (in between completing a geography project). We saved up enough points to buy a TV from the shop and Milo loves it - let's hope he doesn't become a couch potato!
Right now Milo is nine years old and was visited by the matchmaker twice today:
Despite being all grown up he still enjoys playing with his favourite toy, his action figure.
Well, tomorrow Milo will be turning ten so this could be his final night before turning into an oldie. Since the light switch is one of my favourite features on the V3 and he does look so adorable sleeping here's a picture of him in bed:
Hopefully next time you see him Milo will be Ojitchi!
Big news - Milo evolved! He is now an Ojitchi, my first ever oldie! I couldn't be more proud . I just love this character, he's unbelievably adorable so I think I'll enjoy keeping him around.
As you can tell I'm just a little bit excited so Milo had to do everything for me to see his oldie animations.
He played with the ball (and almost toppled off):
Took out his umberella and wondered if it would rain:
Tried on a wig...
His cap:
A pair of sunglasses:
And a bow tie:
Then listened to some music to relax.
Milo went to sleep quite exhausted (I must remember not to tire him out now he's an oldie!) at eight o clock, an hour earlier than he did as an adult.
Milo is 11 today and still going strong (touches wood):
Despite being an oldie he was keen to prove he's still as strong as any younger tama when some weights appeared in the shop. And of course he made me buy them for him...
I couldn't resist taking some more pictures of Milo happily bopping about the screen. I've said it before and I'll say it again - he's just so friggin cute! Don't worry though, I'll spare you most of them (at least so I don't embarrass poor Milo, he seems to be a little camera shy).
A ticket to China appeared in the shop and thankfully there was a sale on so it was half price. Milo jetted off in an aeroplane and moments later returned full of news about his adventures... And with a panda as a souvenir (I'm suprised they let it through customs!). He also convinced me to buy him a throne for five thousand points - my poor wallet, he'll get spoilt! Luckily we've been playing a fair amount of the flag game so I've got a lot to spend on him.
Here Milo is sitting in his throne and looking smug:
Then he wanted to parade around in his royal costume again. Really, that tama is getting ideas above his station!
I decided to dress him up in a nice pretty bow! As you can see he wasn't convinced but I think it's cute . Shhh don't tell Milo I'm posting these here - he wouldn't talk to me for days!
Don't worry, he didn't ask for a car like the kids on "My Super Sweet 16" (which is lucky because in England you can't drive until you're 17 - although I can't see any policeman arresting a tamagotchi!). We did go for a fishing outing to celebrate though and at first Milo didn't have much luck catching anything except tin cans.
Then he struck lucky and reeled in 1000 points! Wonder who was careless enough to drop that in the ocean... But it was a nice birthday present anyway.
Today was also my final day of half term. I'm really going to miss playing with Milo when I go back to school as I've got used to having him with me the whole time. But he'll come with me to school as usual although he'll probably sleep through most of the lessons!
He can now legally drive here in England but not suprisingly I wouldn't trust a tamagotchi with a real car (sorry Milo!) so he had to make do with his RC car.
I think he had fun!
Since half term is now over I had to go back to school today which wasn't any fun for me or Milo. I feel guilty for making him sleep all day but I would hate it if he died while I was working and I couldn't pause him. Anyway, hopefully he'll forgive me and who knows, maybe he he learnt something at school today (well that would make one of us...).
I love seeing all the different (and very cute) actions Milo does with all his items but sometimes I just like to watch him bopping about his screen. I don't know what it is - maybe my maternal instincts coming out in me! Anyway here he is... Just bopping:
