Dress up characters?

I have searched almost everywhere and I cannot find how to get the special 'alter ego' characters on the iD L 15th Anniversary! I'm so confused!

You have to get all 4 happy seals on a couple generations first. Then it'll unlock the plae where you can change.

Akazukin Chama (Chamametchi): Mobile Library

Owarai Moriritchi (Moriritchi): TAMAX-TV (? possibly Mobile Library)

Watawata Kaguya Hime (Watawatatchi): Mobile Library (? possibly TAMAX-TV)

Ura Mametchi (Mametchi): Ura Tamatown

Shinobi (Gozarutchi): TAMAX-TV

Risurisu Meister (Meistertchi): Mobile Library (? possibly TAMAX-TV)

The ones with question marks are the ones I don't remember for sure. I think my guesses are right, but if they aren't, try the other location.

Note that you don't need any specific item in your inventory or on your character in order to transform.
