Please, no "I saw someone with x theme" or "these themes are really rare"
How much are they, and how much do they cost?

I have over 2,000,000 GP, and I can't for the life of me find some of the more expensive themes. I've tried buying and waiting, yet nothing changes.

Does it take generations? What do we know? I found some info scattered here and there, but no post that details the themes.

I've seen several themes, I don't know exactly how they show up but I think it happens due to a combination of generations and figure connections.

The themes I have seen besides the cheap 5000-point original ones:

Log cabin

Royal

Beach

Jail

Japanese/modernish

And I think I've seen others.

 
The remodel-shop restocks very rarely. So I would check it every time(3 times a day for the food, so check then), and maybe you're in luck.

I'm pretty sure your current money has probably nothing to do with it.
