Ps Connection - Translation please

Hello everyone,

I wonder if anybody could give a roughly translation of the following pictures, please?

The messages appears when I connect my P's with my sister's one and I'm curious what it means.

It would be very nice if anybody could help^^

This happens when you send/receive an item through connection.

First screen says "You've got an item!"

Second screen says "Updating the notebook" : if your notebook diary has not been filled in for the day yet, a diary entry about your sister visiting you will be added.

Third screen says "Your friendship rank has levelled up!" : Friendship has levels on the P's, and it increases every few times you connect to each other. It starts off with "acquaintance" then goes up until "best friends".
