Yooo guys. Just wanted to know what book habits you have.

I have a few *winks awkwardly*:

-I DO NOT lend out books frequently unless I really trust the person I'm lending the book to

-absolutely no folding of the pages of books

-I only use my one favorite bookmark when I read

-I cover my favorite books in plastic

-the more box sets the merrier

What about you? Any book habits?

 
  • Well, I used to read in the shower in 4th grade (I was a bookaholic)

I read at the table, not for actual meals tho, just snacks and stuff.
I read at night when I can't sleep
I read the same books over and over (Yes TFIOS, I'm talking to you, Okay?)
Sometimes, when I finish a book I start clapping (#DeweyReadmoreBooks)
 
I dont lend out books either. They will get messed up D:

I dont want to get sweat or fingerprints on books so i only open it a teeny bit and try to read it like that...

Um i take book jackets off when im reading hardcovers, so they dont get crinkled. and I need to have the book on a surface, i dont like holding books up.

I don't lend my books either

I always write my name and the date I got the book on the title page.

I remove the jackets from hardcover books when I read them, too.

I keep all books pertaining to the same subject together in our library (4 bookcases).

All my books are numbered and cataloged (similar to the Dewey Decimal System, but it's my version)

 
my backpack never rests on its face

and I never rest on my backpack :)

At home and in storage, I usually stack my books up, and not face-to-face.
