Tamatown Archive

As many of you may know, Tamatown was taken offline about a year and a half ago. This was a complete shame, due to the fact that I enjoyed playing on Tamatown a lot when i was younger, and still did around the time it shut down. Fortunately, an organisation called Internet Archive has archived the v4 version of Tamatown and it is accessible to the public. There is one problem though; whenever you attempt to connect to it you receive an error saying ERROR, DISCONNECT. If anybody can help me with fixing this that would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you could figure out a way to be able to download the archived Tamatown from the archives, could you please tell me how to do so so I can fiddle with the code and try to make it work again?

wasn't the code-generating part of tamatown server-side? you wouldn't find much if you downloaded the archive anyhow

I thought the tamagotchi generated the login code, and then tamatown will process it into a certain charecter etc.

No, I've tried getting V4 TamaTown to work with the Archive but to no avail
