I hope this is in the right topic to post on!

I recently (today) got myself a Yukinkotchi and now I'm trying to get her last puzzle piece which is the Sherbet but I can't seem to encounter the street/snack vendor for it, can anyone help me out?

 
I don't know if there are set times for it, but it RARELY appears, at least on my P's, it appears about once every week to me xD

However you can try downloadable items to get Yukinkotchi's happy items! I got all of hers without having to buy the Sherbet or the Mirror :)

 
Hello! I think it comes around evening time and the weather must be good (not raining/snowing)
