Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows/have tried this kind of infrared adapter.

It is the cheapest one I found. :/

Why don't you go for an infrared phone instead if you're not sure of this adapter? I used an infrared phone and it went super easy. It was also pretty much less of a hassle to get one for me.

Well, I don't want to spend too much on a phone unless you know which one I could buy for a cheap price, which phone do you use for transfering?

i found a cheap Nokia 6021 in my town's used phones store. it works perfectly fine for me

Oh, I might check around to see if there's any stores around here too. I also found out that my mom's old phone has a infrared port, but I need a usb charger for it and a sim card,

I might have to order the charger online though.
