I'm a bit confused about this. :/

I've seen people post moving emoticons of Memetchi and other Tamas on their profile descriptions and topics. To the right, I see a box enabling them but I can't figure out how to use them! I'm not sure if using an iPad influences anything. Thank you for your patience, you wonderful Tama fan!!! *bows in gratitude*

 
u have been having the same questions but u can only use them on a computer. or ur looking at signatures
