Downloading onto a infra red phone?

Hello!

i recently bought an ir phone (verizon palm treo 650) and i was wondering how to get the mr blinky apps on it for the tamagotchi p's? I dont have the wifi card and was wondering if i need to get that (which i fell like duh of course/ but idk where to get that) or if i need to get to get the dongle anyway? i would like to learn how to do this so i can send it to my p's. Have you tried sending it via bluetooth? Most new computers can send pictures via bluetooth now. If not see if you can plug in the phone to a computer and try to put in the files manually like you would send a copy of a file to a flashdrive. I currently have a Tamagotchi P in english but, I used a usb dongle. I just didn't have the money to buy a phone. The usb dongle way does work it's just not user friendly. It took me 4hours to change my tama into english.
