I am confused at how to get different adults. I keep getting Memetchi. Is growth based on care or other factors? Thank you for your help.

So basically, in the Tamagotchi 4U and 4U+, skill points are not shown anywhere. How do you earn it? Well, that is a simple question.
You just need to use the right item (Soccer Ball / サッカーボール, Tennis Racket / テニスラケット, etc. for Sport Skill Points) for the right Tamagotchi. If you want to get Memetchi, for example, try using the Make-Up Box / メイクボックス a lot of times (10 times should be enough. If not, try 15 times or 20) you will eventually get her as an Adult.
